Before placing your order with Dazzle by Meem, you have to agree to the following terms.
Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
We reserve our right to cancel any order due to unavailability, errors, suspicious activity, or an unforeseen circumstances.
Customers needs to inform us immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled.
Cash on Delivery and Bank Transaction
- Customers can pay cash on Delivery.
- Repeatedly refusal of confirmed order results in restrictions on future purchases.
- Customers can conveniently place orders through direct bank transfer.
Product Information
We strive to display products accurately but sometimes actual product colours may vary slightly due to lightening, photography, and screen settings.
Returns & Exchange
Returns or exchanges may be accepted if
- The item you choose was not delivered.
- The item has manufacturing defect.
Return Request Period
- Within 48 hours of receiving the order, customer must report issues.
- Customers have to give clear photo and order details for verification.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, some items are non Returnable
- Earrings
- Used jewellery
- Customized or personalized items
Exchange Process
- Customers must have to return items in their original packing and unused condition.
- Approved exchanged will be processed after receiving the original items.
Shipping Charges
- If the error happen from our side, company will pay shipping cost.
- Shipping Charges may apply on customers when they want to exchange order for personal preferences.
